Chicken Recipe: Baked Crunchy Chicken.


A very delicious chicken recipe to try out! I have tried many baked crunchy chicken recipes, but this recipe is by far, the VERY BEST of them all!! I tried it and the chicken was very juicy and tasty, so just follow and stick with this recipe. Most of us love eating chicken and you can invite your friends and family over to try out this new chicken recipe that you have made yourself and change the routine and add some extra flavor and crunchiness to your chicken! The steps are so easy to follow and there is not much fat either! So it's a perfectly a healthy meal and serves about four to six persons depending on the size of the bowl you are using! So let's jump into the ingredients.
Ingredients
1 egg (large)
1 tbs milk
1 can crush french-fried onions, (2.8 ounces)
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (dry)
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
Some pepper
1 broiler/fryer cut up chicken (3-4 pounds)
1/4 cup melted butter.
Directions:
Whisk milk and egg, in a shallow bowl. Then, in another shallow bowl, mix the onions, paprika, bread crumbs, cheese, pepper, and salt. Dip the chicken in egg mixture. Then roll the onion in the mixture.
Put in a greased 13-inch. x 9-inch. baking dish. Drizzle it with butter. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 50-60 minutes, until the juices run dry. Servings: 4-6 servings.

One serving equals 418 calories, 148 mg cholesterol, 32 g protein, 28 g fat (11 g saturated fat), 8 g carbohydrate, 423 mg sodium, trace fiber.
